Giving back to Sindh as Overseas

As a person of Sindh origin, living away from Pakistan; I knew when my roots started calling me.

It was in dreams. In meditation. In those depths of the soul where I rarely charter… but felt like I was nudged. I knew this energy was different. This was a true calling.

A home.

My home and my family, my brothers and sisters.

As humans, we are all on a perpetual journey. We continously shed our old self, and progress towards “a goal”. But we are never “done”. There’s always more to do.

More to accomplish.

More to learn.

Wisdom cautions us, to go as far as we can; yet stay connected to our roots.

For, who are you, oh lost one, if you don’t know yourself?

The Sufi journey asks us that on a daily basis.

Rumi shares, “I searched for God and found only myself. I searched for myself and found only God.”

How is it, that we get called to something we may have not even known. SmartSindh is a force bringing technology and service together like no other. We don’t have to physically be in a place to stay connected anymore. To give back. To provide support. To lend an ear. To be a sounding board. To encourage. To motivate. To learn.

How might we give back? How might we share our validated learnings. How might we build together, measure together and learn together. On this journey towards bliss.

SmartSindh seems to be an answer to many prayers.

Mentorship may seem like a small action; but it’s ripple effects can be felt like seismic waves.
